Saurya
A Practice of Relational Bravery
Sunday workshop Drop-in Classes
Upcoming Classes TBA
What is Saurya?:
A 2 hour drop-in experience combining embodied mindfulness practice with relational witnessing to support freedom, authenticity, intimacy, groundedness, playfulness, honesty, self-expression, safety, compassion, attunement, and presence in relationship.
Sounds Scary?
Let’s be honest: It is!
The name Saurya was chosen with intention as it is a Sanskrit word that means Sun and Bravery. As the Sun is the center of our solar system, this practice aims to connect us with our heart’s core of bravery. This is the capacity we harness to lead us back into fulfilling, deep relationship after having our hearts broken and betrayed. It’s our central resiiience that supports us in healing from our relational traumas.
Who is Saurya for?
This practice is for anyone who:
Foundationally wants to feel safe, free, and authentic in relationship with others
Is looking for a safe, non-erotic environment to explore relational intimacy
Is willing to be fiercely self-reflective and open to group feedback and support
Wants to try on new ways of being in relationship, such as having a voice, being seen, taking up less or more space, asking for and receiving help, etc.
Is looking to practice mindful witnessing of self and others
Feels called to that next step of personal bravery
